I made this shoulder bag for my cousin who visited us in Burma, and purple Cheik Zipper Purse for her mother.
At that time, I didn't have fabric label nor I couldn't even decide my brand name whether to go with TheMadeInMyanmar or KhinTheBurmese.
So, I just hand-sewed both names on different bags. Later I chose KhinTheBurmese which is a very unique and meaningful name for me. But, now I changed it again to Ivory Khin, and I kept KhinTheBurmese for my personal use.
Every time I looked back to whatever I made in the past, even dresses or bags, I am like "OMG, did I really make those craps?"
I couldn't believe I even sold those stuffs to my clients.
But, what makes me smile is "I have improved a lot over the years. I won't be able to make beautiful dresses today unless I finished those so-called craps."
And the most important thing here is "My clients love it. And, yes, they still love it."
That's enough for me.
